Move-Out Evidence Kit is an informational early-stage test to learn whether people want help with documenting a rental’s condition when you move out. There is no finished product yet. It is run by Josh Finer / Finer Technologies (Newtown, PA), with help from AI tools. Nothing is sold on this site.
